As pioneers in the emerging loungewear market, Lou & Grey needed to sell more than just clothes, they needed to sell a culture and a way of life. When they came to us in early 2014, their first challenge for us was just that – write their story, and bring it to life. We fast-tracked the first version of the site as a single scrolling page with rich parallax layers featuring the beautiful imagery of Langley Fox Hemingway by Mark Borthwick. For Phase 2, we developed a site rich with content and commerce, revolving around a maker focused lifestyle blog, The Ampersand. Other projects for the brand have included the design of the brand’s full ecommerce site.
