UX and UI design and branding for the premiere luxury watch reseller

WatchBox is the world’s leading platform for pre-owned luxury watches. Sweden Unlimited partnered with their team to envision a ground-up redesign and rebrand of their online presence, improving the user experience while elevating the branding to the international standard associated with the luxury market.

WatchBox’s goals were to refine the user journey to ensure that the website gives customers the same sort of white-glove experience that they might receive in a luxury store. Built on Salesforce Commerce Cloud’s latest version, Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA) allows WatchBox to roll out features faster with a full library of core site capabilities developed with industry best practices.

We also redesigned their logo and delivered a digital-first set of brand guidelines to inform the brand aesthetic and style.

An information-rich and intuitive product page that conveys trust

We focused on the user journey with consideration to particular sections of the page with moderate use of visual elements to help WatchBox's customers get from point A to point B without hesitation. Special attention was paid to using proven conventions to gain users' confidence, trust, reliability.

BRANDING

Digital-First Brand Guidelines

We created a digital-first guide to the implementation of WatchBox's rebranding. In addition to logo artwork, fonts, and assets, the guidelines include brand usage, restrictions, and violations, as well as detailed specifications for clear space, positioning, and scale. The document also gives recommendations for digital, social and print.

BRANDING

WatchBox Wordmark

The WatchBox wordmark was designed to be a distinctive mark that reflects the innovative & modern attitude of the brand. The customized letterforms are sliced and deconstructed to give a sense of movement and originality to the mark while creating a recognizable name that stands out in the industry.

The WatchBox logo mark was created for alternate uses, where the full wordmark is too large or does not fit the aesthetic of the media.
